isocannabis put a rap song in a PlayStation case. The “carr coen” cover is a 1999 NBA game box, rated M for Mature, with iso in an ISO jersey hanging off the rim and a number 55 named Carr right behind him.
The title flips Coen Carr, the Michigan State forward who wears 55 and has a rep as the best dunker in college basketball. Up and coming, built for the highlight reel. That’s the energy iso is claiming here.
On the track he takes his own run at the Elon flow, the one Playboi Carti made famous on a leak. Plenty have tried it. This is one of the best versions out. Homage or not, it doesn’t matter. It lands because iso runs it through the traditional iso flow, the same one he’s been sharpening across three self-titled tapes, a Valentine’s tape and a stack of singles.
The run says the rest. iso.world dropped two months ago. “benihana” followed a month later, “seduction” with relmigo days after that, and now “carr coen.” He’s doing numbers across the board, and he’s flexing every step of the way.
Next up is the bad ending, the Halloween companion to iso.world, dropping October 30. We’re locked in for it. Until then, iso.world is our AOTY. Prove us wrong.
